what we did
To mark 25 years of partnership between adidas and NZR, Ballyhoo transformed the adidas Commercial Bay store into a dynamic Innovation Museum—celebrating a legacy of performance, partnership, and progress. Working closely with both the adidas team and retail stakeholders, Ballyhoo delivered a seamless in-store experience. A custom-built digital interface allowed guests to design their own commemorative jersey, while tactile display cabinets invited visitors to touch and explore the cutting-edge materials that have shaped the modern game. Every detail—from campaign-aligned copywriting to bold, responsive design elements—was carefully curated to mirror the national ‘25 Years in the Making’ campaign, bringing storytelling, interactivity, and heritage together in one immersive space
